CoolRush TPE: Read the Option Name and Its Limitations Together

The July 2025 notice described a selectable material update and also warned against unrealistic expectations.

SheDoll introduced CoolRush TPE on July 29, 2025, claiming lower odour and oil release while retaining the weight of regular TPE. It described default-soft and ultra-soft versions. At publication, the option was a no-charge request for full-body TPE orders, selected through the order notes rather than applied automatically. The notice also said it was not completely odourless and discussed surface effects under aggressive rubbing. These were supplier descriptions, not findings from independent testing.

Make an optional request visible

If an option is selected through a note rather than a dedicated menu, ask the seller to repeat it in the written configuration. Save the submitted note and the acknowledgement. A request is not fully resolved merely because it was typed into a box. Before production, check that the selected material, softness and any other options appear together in the final summary. If the process has changed since the announcement, follow the confirmed current procedure.

Do not turn low odour into a health conclusion

A statement about smell does not establish the absence of every substance, a medical benefit or suitability for a particular sensitivity. Ask for the manufacturer’s product documentation and applicable handling instructions if those issues matter to your decision. Keep sensory descriptions separate from documented material information. SheDolls does not treat a marketing phrase or a short demonstration as evidence of a health or certification claim.

Compare the same construction

A material demonstration is easier to interpret when the compared samples have the same size, shape and intended firmness. Ask whether the demonstration represents your selected full-body configuration, especially if you also choose a weight-reduction option. A difference in construction can complicate a visual comparison of softness. Record what the supplier can confirm and what the video does not establish rather than filling the gaps with assumptions.

Get the approved care response

The original notice mentioned a surface response to forceful rubbing. That is a reason to request the current care instructions, not an invitation to recreate an aggressive demonstration on a finished item. Ask how the supplier wants an unexpected surface change reported and whether photographs should be taken before any attempted treatment. Avoid choosing a cleaner or repair method from unrelated material advice; the exact finish and formula should guide the answer.

Keep the practical decision narrow

The useful purchase question is whether the documented material and its care requirements fit your expectations. Ask for a current quotation, material confirmation and the terms that apply if the delivered configuration differs from the agreement. The July 2025 free-option statement remains part of the historical record; it does not by itself guarantee that a later order includes the option or that the same commercial terms still apply.
